A physical copy is very difficult to come by but it is an officially endorsed album a download can be purchased from 36's bandcamp page.

Bass Communion remixed by 36 a remix album of Bass Communion tracks by an artist known as '36'. The Deform Variations by Adam Holzman a collection of live recordings from SW concerts, but none of it is played by SW himself. The TF100 compilation also, and the exposure 12" record compilations (that contain among his very earliest works, elsewhere unobtainable). Collaborations where Steven Wilson isn't a member of the band (i.e Opeth's Damnation and Fish's Sunsets On Empire - both are superb and would feature highly on this list).

The Moonloop EP (already own the individual songs anyway), Coma Divine II (same reasons), the Bass Communion V Muslimgauze album and associated EP (these were re-released together at a later date), and the Footprints compilation (I already own the individual songs but I'd love a copy of this ultra rare box set all the same!) Several Steven Wilson remixes that are unobtainable individually (Fovea Hex's remix EPs for example - see Salt Garden I and III) No-Man's Swagger EP - I REALLY want this! The Early Porcupine Tree Cassettes (the tracks feature in later albums anyway - YHD and OTSOL) Have to say though, Porcupine Tree's best of is worth picking up for the rare tracks and exclusive versions. Best Of albums including Lovesighs (No-Man), All The Blue Changes (No-Man), Open Mind (Blackfield), Transience (Steven Wilson) and Stars Die: The Delerium Years (Porcupine Tree). Alternatively No-Man's 'Radio EP' isn't on the list since I consider it single-length. Singles (a couple such as the Heaven Taste 12" and Vapour Trail Lullaby are however as they are what I consider 'EP length'). The top 15 picks of mine are particularly special to me and I count them among my favourite albums of all time.

This list could be arranged differently anytime - I've captured the gist of it I think. Overall Porcupine Tree and Steven Wilson are my favourite projects Blackfield is my least favourite. Porcupine Tree has a LOT of live albums (it's difficult to compare live and studio releases - especially when there are so many) Most of Steven Wilson's albums are terrific! - I honestly think his work compares favourably with any of the 'classics' of the past. Things I learnt trying to compile this list:
